Royce Veal

Founder & CEO

Royce Veal was born February 9th, 1988 in Boston, MA. Veal is the Founder and CEO of Next Level Factory, a business model that facilitates personal skill development training to the aspiring basketball athletes through its training facilities. It’s first location was opened June 2016 in Holbrook, Massachusetts just 20 minutes outside of Dorchester where Veal grew up and currently resides. With its fast growth over the last years the company is expected to open multiple facilities further south and north of Boston.

Veal played basketball at the collegiate level at Framingham State University where he earned his degree in 2011 in Merchandising Management with a minor in Business administration. With multiple offers to try out for professional teams overseas, Veal declined and decided to go right into the working world. Where he began to develop his idea of opening a basketball specific training facility.

Over the years after a successful collegiate basketball career Veal has built his credibility from working  with some of the top high school athletes in the country who have built themselves to become ranked as ESPN TOP 100 along with NBA TOP 100 athletes. For the class of 2018 Veal had 2 athletes that he works closely with that have received a nomination for the High School McDonald's All American Game. Coach has a numerous amount of athletes that he has worked with currently playing collegiate basketball or have received full Division 1 Scholarship offers to schools such as Providence, URI, South Carolina University, New Mexico State, UCONN, Syracuse, Villanova, George Washington, Merrimack, Elon University, and Fordham to name a few.
