Royce Veal
Founder & CEO

Royce Veal is the Founder and CEO of Next Level Factory, a business model that facilitates personal skill development training to aspiring basketball athletes through its training facilities. Next Level Factory’s first location was opened in June 2016 in Holbrook, Massachusetts just 20 minutes outside of Dorchester where Veal grew up and currently resides. With its fast growth over the last years the company is expected to open multiple facilities further south and north of Boston.
In highschool, Veal played for the Minuteman Regional High School varsity basketball team for 3 years and helped lead the Minuteman Mustangs to their first 2004 Eastern Massachusetts State Championship. In 2005, Veal played a huge role in leading the Mustangs back to the Eastern Massachusetts Finals. In 2006 Veal helped lead the Mustangs once more to the Massachusetts State Finals where they competed against the Western Massachusetts Championship team.
At Framingham State University, Veal played 4 years as a guard at the collegiate level and was nominated captain his junior and senior year. In 2010 during junior year, he was selected as the MASCAC first team All Star and helped lead the Framingham Rams to the MASCAC League Championship game. In 2011 during senior year Veal was selected by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) as Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending January 16th, 2011. Veal was also selected by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Men's Basketball as Co-Player of the Week for the week ending January 16th, 2011. Veal was selected to the 2010-11 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Basketball All-Conference First Team.
